Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Delaway Digital (“we”, “us”, “I”) is run by Daniel Delaway in Australia. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and what happens to it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address (required)
- your mobile number and website address (optional)
- anything you write in your message
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss working together and, if we do, to deliver our services. We don’t sell your information and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it’s stored
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and contact form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, which sends them to us by email. Both services may process data outside Australia (including in the United States). We may also keep your enquiry in our email and business records.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by getting in touch through the contact form. If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
